Kalen is a proud uncle, writer, researcher, and educator. He worked for 31 years as a teacher, librarian and clinical counsellor in public and private practice. As the founder of Kwil Kids Publishing he promotes literacy, creativity, and social-emotional learning with educational mascots, stories, humour, and heartstrings. He loves to keep pencils moving and keyboards tapping!
